Episode 142 of the CenterIceView News and Notes segment features a roundup of college and NHL news. First, it’s the Huskies Illustrated Weekly Roundup (2:56), where the guys talk about a positive Hockey Canada change, an 84-game NHL schedule, and some player moves. Next, it’s our NCAA Roundup for Week 13, as the college hockey world hits a lull… but not before Nick and Noah do some math on Alaska-Anchorage’s next raodtrip (23:13). St. Cloud State Men’s hockey team was off, as were 7/8 teams in the NCHC, but that doesn’t mean the Pairwise and Polls haven’t intrigued us (39:46). Then, the St. Cloud State Women’s team was also off, but St. Thomas does some damage and Mankato is right on their heels (46:19). The Minnesota Wild are 8-2-0 in their last 10, and some Fan Questions and X-mas shenanigans get the better of us (50:05). Finally, the Extra Ice session is a quick preview into the 2023 World Juniors, and should CHL players be allowed to play Division I hockey (1:24:59)?. All this and more in another week in the Den!
